KGC Artists with Autism by JWthaMajestic

Welcome to KingsGator Characters' Artists with Autism, formerly Autistic Furries! The group is where we showcase all artists with many forms of autism!

If you don't have autism, that's okay, as long as you're a supporter! :D

Hi  I have a question: can I join this group? I have a light case of Asperger's syndrome, so I got interested in this group, as I'm a furry too :D

Please don't use a disability to be proud of. I am autistic and I find this very offensive. I suggest you change the name.

Why are you entitled to shutting down things for your own emotional sake? Maybe not everyone is as burdened by autism as you are, did that ever cross your mind, with all due respect?

Look, I understand your problem, but some folks here like to be proud that they are Autistic. It makes them unique, special, and most of all it gives them a more creative way to understand the world and to solve it's problems.

I'm proud of my autistic nature and I personally don't see it as a disability, I use mine to look at the world differently
than most others, to be my own me and as far as I can tell I'm pretty damn good at that :)
If you're 26 and you find this offensive then all you have to do is not force yourself to stay on something
even long enough to comment, don't even click on the group's picture or anything else.  Just keep
scrolling till you find something you do like and stick with that.  :3
I mean you gotta be at least happy with the fact that he put what he did for the group name instead
of "Non-AutisticFurries" or something along those lines.  Be happy with what you got or what you can or
could see because remembering that things could always be worse, makes things a little bit better.

That's like there being a group called "RoundCircles" or "HomosexualGays"

There's no real connection with either one. This is just a club for people within the furry fandom who happened to be Autistic. Enough said.

I am slightly confused by your comment as Autistic and Furries are not synonymous with each other. There are people that are simply one or the other, as well as both.
